How fast can we start?
We reply within two working days, yes or no. Then one 30-minute call. You get the plan in writing with a price on it, and once you say yes, we book the shoot. We take five new clients a quarter. If this one is full, we will tell you when the next opens.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Clinics (dental, skin, fertility, physio), firms (law, accounting, money advice, visas) and brands (clothing, interiors, beauty, food). Places where the owner is the reason people come. If you are something else, tell us anyway. A quick no from us beats a slow maybe.
What do you actually make?
Content creation is our core: reels and short-form video, photography and shoot days, carousels and graphics, and the day-to-day running of your social pages. We also design and build websites. It all comes from one written plan, so everything says the same thing.
Do you promise views, followers or sales?
No. Not on paper and not on a call. We promise what each piece of content is for, and that it goes out on the dates we agreed. Anyone promising numbers is guessing.
What isn't included in the price?
Ad money. Models, if you need a face other than your own. Studio and location hire. Anything we have to buy is quoted on its own, and never marked up quietly.
